At Richard Ash Horseshoes, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and provide a straightforward returns process. This Delivery Policy explains the delivery services, charges and estimated delivery times that apply to orders placed through the Richard Ash Horseshoes website.

1. Delivery Charges

We offer a simple, flat-rate delivery service for mainland UK addresses.

*Free delivery is available on qualifying orders only.

Free delivery does not apply to all products. Additional delivery charges may apply to certain items, including (but not limited to):

• Steel and long-length products
• Oversized or exceptionally heavy items
• Hazardous goods
• Products specifically identified on the product page as excluded from free delivery

Where an additional delivery charge applies, this will be clearly displayed during checkout or confirmed by our sales team before dispatch.

2. Delivery Areas

Our website currently accepts online orders for delivery within the United Kingdom only.

We deliver throughout:

• England
• Scotland
• Wales
• Northern Ireland

Deliveries to certain locations, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and other offshore UK addresses, may incur additional delivery charges. Any applicable surcharge will be calculated during checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

Export Orders

Although our website does not currently accept online orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom, Richard Ash Horseshoes exports products worldwide.

If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact our sales team before placing your order. We will be happy to:

• provide a competitive delivery quotation;
• recommend the most appropriate shipping method;
• advise estimated delivery times; and
• assist with export documentation where applicable.

Please note that export customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges or other local fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Delivery Times

Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are normally processed and dispatched on the same working day, subject to stock availability.

Orders placed after 2:00pm, at weekends or on public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather or customs clearance.

4. Stock Availability

Whilst we endeavour to keep all advertised products in stock, availability cannot always be guaranteed.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we may:

• dispatch available items and send the remainder separately;
• hold your order until all items are available; or
• contact you to discuss suitable alternatives or arrange a refund.

5. Click & Collect

Orders may be collected free of charge from one of our branches during normal opening hours.

We will notify you once your order is ready for collection. Please do not travel until you have received confirmation that your order is available.

6. Delivery Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking details for your shipment.

7. Delivery and Receipt

Most deliveries require a signature on receipt.

If no one is available to accept delivery, our delivery partner may, where appropriate:

• leave the parcel in a safe place;
• deliver to a neighbouring property; or
• leave instructions explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.

8. Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available or the delivery address cannot be accessed, our delivery partner will normally make at least one further delivery attempt or leave instructions explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.

Where goods are returned to us because of an incorrect delivery address, failed delivery attempts or failure to collect the goods, we reserve the right to charge the actual cost of re-delivery.

9. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hoursof delivery, so that we can investigate promptly.

Where possible, please provide photographs of any damaged goods or packaging.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

10. Risk and Ownership

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

Ownership of the goods remains with Richard Ash Horseshoes until payment has been received in full.

11. Delivery Problems

If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible.

Where delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances within your control, including (but not limited to):

• an incorrect or incomplete delivery address;
• failure to provide access to the property;
• refusal to accept delivery; or
• failure to collect goods following a failed delivery attempt,

we may charge the actual cost of any subsequent delivery attempt.
